Brad HandleyChief Executive OfficerBrad Handley, CEO and Founder of H.I.S.S. Security Services, LLC retired after more than three decades in Law Enforcement giving him the opportunity to use his expertise in investigations and security to create H.I.S.S..
While working as a patrol deputy with the Carroll County Sheriff's Department from 1993-96, Brad also graduated from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA) in 1995. In 1997, after only a few years as a patrol deputy, Brad was offered the position of Assistant Police Chief for the Green Forest Police Department, a position he held until 2008. He retired from the Eureka Springs Police Department, as a patrol sergeant and night shift supervisor, in 2017. His mission to provide professional, high-quality and affordable security services to his community was cultivated from his many years serving his community in Law Enforcement. Taneia Sneed
Chief operating Officer
Taneia Sneed's expertise in both security and leadership at H.I.S.S. Security, LLC is why we are the premier security consultants in Arkansas and Southern Missouri. Her experience as a dispatcher for the Eureka Springs PD, a 911 operator for Carroll County (earning three commendations), and patrol officer for the Green Forest PD inspired her to continue her education and career in Law Enforcement at the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA) graduating in 2018. After graduation, as a deputy, she earned another commendation from the Benton County Sheriff's Department.
In 2018, Taneia accepted a position with H.I.S.S. Security Services, LLC where she was promoted quickly due to her exceptional leadership and experience. In her spare time, you may find Taneia exploring her passions...fitness, off roading and sports bikes.
Scott Dorsey
Director of Security
SCOTT BRINGS A WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE AND DEDICATION TO THE ROLE. SCOTT SERVED IN THE U.S. ARMY FOR 12 YEARS, WHERE HE ROSE TO THE RANK OF SERGEANT E-5 AND WAS HONERABLY DISCHARGED AFTER COMPLETING HIS SECOND CONTRACT. DURING HIS MILITARY SERVICE, SCOTT DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY, MANAGING A TEAM AND OVERSEEING EQUIPMENT VALUED AT UPWARDS OF $10 MILLION. IN 2016, SCOTT JOINED THE BENTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE. HE BEGAN HIS TENURE WORKING IN THE JAIL AND, AFTER GRADUATING FROM THE ARKANSAS LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING ACADEMY (ALETA) IN 2018, HE TOOK ON MORE ADVANCED RESPONSIBILITIES. BY 2020, SCOTT HAD BEEN PROMOTED TO THE SPECIAL OPERATIONS UNIT (SOU), WHERE HE EXCELLED UNTIL HE ACCEPTED A FULL-TIME POSITION WITH H.I.S.S. SECURITY SERVICES LLC IN 2022. OUTSIDE OF HIS PROFESSIONAL LIFE, SCOTT IS DEDICATED TO HIS FAMILY AND ENJOYS SPENDING QUALITY TIME WITH THEM. HE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT ATV RACING, OFTEN PARTICIPATING WITH HIS FAMILY, AND IS AN AVID FIREARMS ENTHUSIAST. JENN MCFARLAND
FINANCE MANAGER
Jenn has earned her Bachelor's in criminal Justice and Associate of Science in Law Enforcement. Along with her degrees she has experience in; maintenance planning for George's processing and she was a sheriff deputy- reserve for 2012-2017. Jenn is no stranger to discipline and diligence. With her background in law enforcement, her driven attitude and work ethic, she plays a key role in the supervision of our employees and overseeing all of the finances in the company. She has been a part of the HISS family since 2020 along with our work family here Jenn is a mother, wife and grandmother. Her ability to balance her work life and home life both so thoroughly is a skill that sets her above the rest. We are so thankful to have Jenn as part of our team.

DISPATCH OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR AND OFFICE MANAGER
Chantae comes from a background in the dental field after spending nine years working in the same dental practice and growing her knowledge in dentistry, she has mastered compassion for others and the ability to easily work with the public. After several years as a dental assistant Chantae chose a different path: the restaurant business, where she began as a server and quickly got promoted to manager. Throughout her time working with the public and managing a high pace restaurant Chantae has developed people skills and a very driven work ethic which is an asset to working here at HISS. Chantae will continue to further her knowledge and experience both in security and dispatch operations while working alongside our experienced team of supervisors.

FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over a decade of experience in the security industry, Christopher has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in various roles. Chris began his career in security in 2012 as a security officer. His dedication and skill quickly earned him a promotion to site supervisor in less than two years. In this role, he excelled in managing security operations, gaining valuable knowledge and experience. This success led to his appointment as the Director for the Tyson Green Forest and Berryville security team, where he served until 2019. In 2019, Christopher transitioned to the role of Facilities Coordinator for the Fayetteville Town Center. After two years, in April of 2021 he joined our H.I.S.S. security team with 9 years of experience in the security industry. Through hard work and a commitment to continuous learning, he was promoted to Area Supervisor, overseeing security operations across Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. His outstanding performance in this role led to his current position as Field Operations Manager, where he also manages additional sites in Kentucky and Tennessee. Christopher holds several professional certifications and accolades including, Security Officer Registration Act (S.O.R.A) certification, supervisor of the month award, Award for exemplary service in inclement weather conditions, DHS- Chemical Verification Access, DHS- Active Shooter Prevention Training and is skilled in conflict resolution along with several other Security Guard Certificates. His professional philosophy centers on proactive security measures, effective conflict resolution and continuous improvement. His background as a supervisor and security professional has equipped him with the skills to lead his team effectively and ensure the highest standards of security for HISS Security's Clients.
